- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder

- 1/4 cup of kewpie mayo
- 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon sriracha
- Jasmine rice, for serving
- Chopped scallions, for garnish
- Sesame seeds, for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Drizzle the salmon with sesame oil and toss to coat each piece.
- Add the salt, pepper, paprika, and onion powder to the salmon, and mix until all pieces are well coated.
- Spread the salmon out on the air fryer tray or basket.
- Air fry 6-8 minutes until the salmon is cooked to at least 145 degrees Fahrenheit internal temperature.
- Meanwhile, mix the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha.
- Add the salmon to a bowl of rice and drizzle with the sauce.

- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
Steakhouse Fries
- Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Season the beef tips with salt and pepper.
- Add the fries to your air fryer tray and cook for 10 minutes.
- Flip the fries over and add the beef tips on the other side of the air fryer tray.
- Cook both the fries and the beef tips for 6 minutes.
- Remove the steak tips and cover the fries with mozzarella cheese and cook for 1-2 minutes until the cheese is melted.
- Add the cheese fries to a platter and top with the beef tips, horseradish sauce, blue cheese, bacon, and green onions.

- Add all sauce ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
Panko-Crusted Halibut Tacos
- Preheat your air fryer to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

- In another bowl, whisk the egg.

Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Mix olive oil, salt, pepper, and curry powder (or the seasoning of your choice).
- Coat the chicken in the seasoned olive oil.
- Use the remaining seasoned olive oil to coat the vegetables.
- Air fry the chicken for 10 minutes.
- Then add the veggies to the air fryer tray or basket.
- Cook the veggies and the chicken all together in the air fryer for an additional 15 minutes.

Instructions
- Puncture the flank steak meat with a fork or meat needling tool.
- Season the steak with salt and pepper, rubbing it into the meat.
- Using a whisk, mix the marinade ingredients in a small bowl.
- Add the flank steak to a shallow dish with a cover and cover with the marinade mixture. Store in an airtight container and marinate for 12 hours or overnight.
- When you’re prepared to cook your flank steak, start by preheating your air fryer to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Remove the excess marinade from the steak filets and pat with paper towels.
- Spray your air fryer basket with nonstick cooking spray or olive oil.
- Add the steak to the basket.
- Depending on the model of your air fryer, you may want to flip the beef halfway through the cook time.
