Preheat the air fryer to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.
Drizzle the salmon with sesame oil and toss to coat each piece.
Add the salt, pepper, paprika, and onion powder to the salmon, and mix until all pieces are well coated.
Spread the salmon out on the air fryer tray or basket.
Air fry 6-8 minutes until the salmon is cooked to at least 145 degrees Fahrenheit internal temperature.
Meanwhile, mix the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha.
Add the salmon to a bowl of rice and drizzle with the sauce.
Serve with avocado, pickled vegetables, scallions, and sesame seeds.
