Ingredients

Steakhouse Fries

Horseradish Sauce

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise, or light mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons prepared horseradish
  • 1 teaspoon yellow mustard
  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

Steakhouse Fries

  • Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Season the beef tips with salt and pepper.
  • Add the fries to your air fryer tray and cook for 10 minutes.
  • Flip the fries over and add the beef tips on the other side of the air fryer tray.
  • Cook both the fries and the beef tips for 6 minutes.
  • Remove the steak tips and cover the fries with mozzarella cheese and cook for 1-2 minutes until the cheese is melted.
  • Add the cheese fries to a platter and top with the beef tips, horseradish sauce, blue cheese, bacon, and green onions.

Horseradish Sauce

  • Mix the sauce ingredients together.
