Spice Bag Seasoning
- 1 tablespoon five spice seasoning which includes star anise, cassia, fennel, clove, and pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon cardamom
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon ground Szechuan peppers
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon white pepper
Irish Spice Bag
- 8 Omaha Steaks Traditional Crispy Chicken Tenders
- 1 lb. frozen French fries
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced into thin strips
- 1/2 white onion, sliced into thin strips
- 1 red chili pepper, sliced into rings
- 1/4 cup sesame oil
- 1-2 tablespoon prepared spice bag seasoning
- Green onion, for garnish
- Curry sauce, optional dipping sauce
Irish Spice Bag
Air fry the chicken tenders and French fries at 400 degrees for 15 minutes or until cooked through.
Meanwhile, add the sesame oil to a wok and sauté the onions and peppers.
Once the onions are softened, add the air fried chicken tenders and French fries to the wok.
Toss for 1-2 minutes to combine all the flavors.
Empty the wok into a clean paper bag, then add your prepared spice bag seasoning.
Shake the bag until well combined.
Serve on a platter and top with sliced green onions.
If desired, serve with a curry sauce.
