Ingredients

  • 2 6 oz. Omaha Steaks Air-Chilled Steakhouse Chicken Breasts thawed
  • 1/2 red onion, chopped
  • 1 red pepper, chopped
  • 1 yellow pepper, chopped
  • 2 zucchini, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon curry powder, or the seasoning of your choice
  • 1/4 cup olive oil

Instructions

  • Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Mix olive oil, salt, pepper, and curry powder (or the seasoning of your choice).
  • Coat the chicken in the seasoned olive oil.
  • Use the remaining seasoned olive oil to coat the vegetables.
  • Air fry the chicken for 10 minutes.
  • Then add the veggies to the air fryer tray or basket.
  • Cook the veggies and the chicken all together in the air fryer for an additional 15 minutes.
  • Serve with rice and chopped cilantro.
