How to Grill a Perfect Burger
When you start with the best all-beef burger, you’re on your way to burger bliss. Grilling a perfect burger is easy! Season with coarse sea salt and fresh ground black pepper or try our Seasoning Blend. Fire up the grill to medium-high heat and place burgers directly on grill grates or use a cast iron pan on the grill. The key to grilling a juicy burger is to avoid overcooking it and remove from the grill when the burgers reach an internal temperature of 160°F. Add cheese a few minutes before the burgers are done, toast some buns, and serve with your favorite toppings, and enjoy!
