How to cook the perfect steak

These steaks are sear roasted. This means you sear the potato chip encrusted steak in a hot skillet first for a great crust and then finish by roasting in the oven at 350F until internal temperature reaches your desired temperature and steak doneness. Make sure to rest your steak for 5-10 minutes after cooking to allow the juices to redistribute. The steak will be juicy and tender on the inside and crispy on the outside.
