  • 1/4 cup white onion, 1/4" chopped
  • 1 tablespoon cilantro, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 2 teaspoon jalapeños, finely minced
  • 2 tablespoons red bell peppers, seeded and 1/4" diced
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
