Ingredients

  • Makes about 24-30 sage leaves
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 bunch fresh sage cleaned, leaves removed from stems
  • Kosher or sea salt

Instructions

  • Heat oil in a small skillet over medium-high heat until hot.
  • Fry 6-8 leaves at a time until crisp, about 3 seconds. Transfer to paper towels and sprinkle generously with salt.
