Ingredients
Top Sirloin Steak
- 4 8 oz. Omaha Steaks Private Reserve® Top Sirloin Steaks thawed
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Corn & Avocado Salsa
- 2 cups charred corn
- 2 medium avocados, diced
- 1 small red onion, diced
- 1 habanero, seeded and minced
- 2 tablespoons cilantro, finely chopped
- 1 large lime, juiced
- 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
Corn & Avocado Salsa
- In a large mixing bowl, toss together corn, avocado, red onion, habanero, cilantro, lime juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper until well combined.
Top Sirloin Steak
- Preheat grill to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Pat steaks dry and season generously with salt and pepper.
- Grill on each side until internal temperature reaches desired temperature. Refer to our steak grilling chart for your desired doneness.
- Remove from heat and let rest for 5 minutes.
- Thinly slice steaks and top with a generous amount of salsa. Serve with steamed rice if desired!
