Top Sirloin Steak

Omaha Steaks Private Reserve® Top Sirloin Steaks
thawed
Salt and pepper, to taste
Corn & Avocado Salsa
2
cups
charred corn
2
medium avocados, diced
1
small red onion, diced
1
habanero, seeded and minced
2
tablespoons
cilantro, finely chopped
1
large lime, juiced
3
tablespoons
extra virgin olive oil
Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
Corn & Avocado Salsa
In a large mixing bowl, toss together corn, avocado, red onion, habanero, cilantro, lime juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper until well combined.
Top Sirloin Steak
Preheat grill to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
Pat steaks dry and season generously with salt and pepper.
Grill on each side until internal temperature reaches desired temperature. Refer to our
steak grilling chart
for your desired doneness.
Remove from heat and let rest for 5 minutes.
Thinly slice steaks and top with a generous amount of salsa. Serve with steamed rice if desired!
