Ingredients

Top Sirloin Steak

Corn & Avocado Salsa

  • 2 cups charred corn
  • 2 medium avocados, diced
  • 1 small red onion, diced
  • 1 habanero, seeded and minced
  • 2 tablespoons cilantro, finely chopped
  • 1 large lime, juiced
  • 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

Corn & Avocado Salsa

  • In a large mixing bowl, toss together corn, avocado, red onion, habanero, cilantro, lime juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper until well combined.

Top Sirloin Steak

  • Preheat grill to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Pat steaks dry and season generously with salt and pepper.
  • Grill on each side until internal temperature reaches desired temperature. Refer to our steak grilling chart for your desired doneness.
  • Remove from heat and let rest for 5 minutes.
  • Thinly slice steaks and top with a generous amount of salsa. Serve with steamed rice if desired!
