Blackened Peach Mahi Mahi
Mahi Mahi is delicious, grillable and very versatile. This unique and ultra-easy recipe pairs these fish fillets with the Cajun flavor of zesty Omaha Steaks Blackened Seasoning and sweet, smoky, spicy Peach Salsa.

  • 4 each Omaha Steaks Mahi Mahi Thawed
  • 4 tsp Blackened Seasoning
  • 1/2 cup D. L. Jardine's Peach Salsa
  1. Thaw Mahi Mahi Steaks
  2. Season each side of fish with 1/2 tsp of blackened seasoning.
  3. Grill or broil 5-7 minutes per side. Fish should be opaque throughout
  4. Top with 1-2 Tbsp of Peach Salsa and serve
