  • Remove thawed mahi mahi fillets from resealable plastic bag and season each side with 1/2 teaspoon of blackened seasoning.
  • Prepare fillets as desired until temperature reaches 145 degrees Fahrenheit as indicated by a meat thermometer.
    Pan sauté: Preheat large pan to medium heat; cover and sauté approximately 6-7 minutes. Flip and cook an additional 6-7 minutes.
    Grill: Preheat grill to medium heat; wrap fillets in foil and grill 5-6 minutes. Flip and grill an additional 5-6 minutes.
    Broil: Preheat broiler to high heat; place on oven-safe pan on highest rack and broiled uncovered 5 minutes. Flip and broil an additional 5 minutes.
    Oven: Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit; place on oven-safe pan and bake 14-16 minutes.
    Air Fryer: Preheat to 350 degrees Fahrenheit; spray basket with non-stick cooking spray and cook 11-12 minutes.
  • Top with 2 tablespoons of peach salsa and serve.
