Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 lb. Omaha Steaks Ultra-Premium Ground Beef thawed
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 teaspoons ginger, minced
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon gochujang
  • 4 servings steamed rice, for serving
  • Pickled carrots, for serving
  • Sliced cucumber, for serving
  • Scallions, to garnish
  • Sesame seeds, to garnish
  • 1 lime, divided into 4 wedges for garnish

Instructions

  • Add sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and ground beef to a skillet over medium heat. Cook until beef is browned.
  • Add brown sugar, soy sauce, and gochujang and cook until sauce thickens slightly.
  • Serve over steamed rice and finish with pickled carrots and cucumber.
  • Garnish with scallions, sesame seeds, and lime.
