thawed

ginger, minced

brown sugar

soy sauce

tablespoon
gochujang

Pickled carrots, for serving
Sliced cucumber, for serving
Scallions, to garnish
Sesame seeds, to garnish

lime, divided into 4 wedges for garnish
Instructions
Add sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and ground beef to a skillet over medium heat. Cook until beef is browned.
Add brown sugar, soy sauce, and gochujang and cook until sauce thickens slightly.
Serve over steamed rice and finish with pickled carrots and cucumber.
Garnish with scallions, sesame seeds, and lime.
