Cod is an incredibly popular fish with seafood lovers around the world… and for good reason. Its flavor is mild and pleasantly palatable, and its texture is dense and flaky meaning it can be cooked a variety of ways. Battered cod is often fried to make fish and chips, but you can also pan sauté, grill, broil, bake, or air fry cod fillets for a delicious and simple seafood dinner.
