Pub-Style Cod Fish Tacos
Bake Omaha Steaks Pub-Style Cod Fillets and serve in a tortilla that's drizzled with Omaha Steaks Lemon Dill Tartar Sauce for a delicious fish taco. Topped with shredded lettuce and fresh Pico de Gallo made with Roma tomatoes, cilantro, jalapeno, and lime juice, this new take on Mexican food will be a meal your family will love.
Fish Tacos:
  • 2-3 Omaha Steaks Pub-Style Cod Fillets
  • 1 - 6 inch flour tortilla
  • 2 tsp. Omaha Steaks Lemon Dill Tartar Sauce
  • 1/4 cup lettuce, finely shredded
  • 2 Tbsp. Pico de Gallo (see recipe below)
Pico de Gallo:
  • 2 cups Roma tomatoes, diced
  • 1/2 cup white onion, diced
  • 3 Tbsp. cilantro, chopped finely
  • 1 Tbsp. jalapeño, minced
  • 1 Tbsp. lime juice, fresh
  • 1 tsp. kosher salt
Fish Tacos:
  1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Place cod on a foil lined baking sheet. Bake for 18-22 minutes, turning over halfway through cooking.
  2. Heat tortilla in the microwave for 5-10 seconds or in a medium pan on the stove for 10 seconds on each side.
  3. Spread the Lemon Dill Tartar Sauce in the center of the tortilla.
  4. Place shredded lettuce in the center of the tortilla.
  5. Place cod on lettuce and top with Pico de Gallo.
