Ingredients
Fish Tacos:
- 2-3 Omaha Steaks Pub-Style Cod Fillets
- 1 - 6 inch flour tortilla
- 2 tsp. Omaha Steaks Lemon Dill Tartar Sauce
- 1/4 cup lettuce, finely shredded
- 2 Tbsp. Pico de Gallo (see recipe below)
- 2 cups Roma tomatoes, diced
- 1/2 cup white onion, diced
- 3 Tbsp. cilantro, chopped finely
- 1 Tbsp. jalapeño, minced
- 1 Tbsp. lime juice, fresh
- 1 tsp. kosher salt
Preparation
Fish Tacos:
- Preheat oven to 425°F. Place cod on a foil lined baking sheet. Bake for 18-22 minutes, turning over halfway through cooking.
- Heat tortilla in the microwave for 5-10 seconds or in a medium pan on the stove for 10 seconds on each side.
- Spread the Lemon Dill Tartar Sauce in the center of the tortilla.
- Place shredded lettuce in the center of the tortilla.
- Place cod on lettuce and top with Pico de Gallo.
