Ingredients
- 1 4 oz. Omaha Steaks Italian Breaded Veal Patties thawed
- 1 tablespoon cooking oil
- 1 Italian sub sandwich roll
- 1/2 cup marinara sauce, divided
- 1 ball fresh mozzarella cheese
- 2-3 tablespoons grated fresh Romano cheese
- 2 tablespoons marinated artichoke hearts, sliced
- 2 tablespoons marinated mushrooms, sliced
- 2 tablespoons pepperoncini, sliced
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Add oil to a small skillet and heat over medium.
- Add thawed veal patty and brown for 3 minutes; flip and brown for about 2 and a half minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees Fahrenheit as per a meat thermometer.
