Love ribeyes? Love mushrooms? Our grilled Delmonico burger with marinated mushroom recipe combines these two flavors for the best burger recipe ever. This simple, gourmet burger will delight your taste buds and have you reaching for seconds.
Delmonico burgers look like a burger, but taste like a steak. The patties are made from 100% Omaha Steaks aged Delmonico beef, resulting in rich ribeye flavor and incredible juiciness. They are big 1/3 pound burgers, individually sealed, and ready for your grill.
Serve up a juicy burger for dinner in a flash – Omaha Steaks burgers can be grilled from frozen. Try grilling the juicy Delmonico in a cast iron skillet. This burger has higher fat content (making a juicier burger), and a cast iron skillet can help reduce flareups on the grill.
Add marinated mushrooms, arugula and Havarti cheese to the grilled Delmonico patty for a gourmet burger experience. The mushrooms are marinated in a blend of flavorful spices and cooked to the perfect consistency. Feel free to use your choice of mushrooms to change the flavor profile of this burger topping. Make this marinated mushroom recipe ahead of time and store in the fridge for up to three days.
