Ingredients

  • 1 6 oz. Omaha Steaks Burger thawed
  • Omaha Steaks Seasoning
  • 1 French bread baguette
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 2 oz. brie cheese
  • 2 oz. sautéed onions, warmed
  • 4 oz. beef au jus; 1 beef bouillon cube and 1 cup boiling water

Instructions

  • Season thawed burger with Omaha Steaks Seasoning and cook to your desired doneness, as per a meat thermometer.
  • Warm sautéed onions and dissolve one beef bouillon cube in 1 cup boiling water.
  • Trim ends off French bread baguette and cut to about 5 inches long.
  • Slice baguette in half lengthwise and place sliced brie inside.
  • Spread mayonnaise on outside of baguette.
  • Toast baguette in a sandwich press or medium skillet over medium-high heat until golden brown.
  • Assembly: Open baguette and place cooked burger and warmed sautéed onions inside; serve with beef au jus for dipping.
