Ingredients
Smoked Pulled Pork and Coleslaw Sliders
- 16 oz. Omaha Steaks Smoked Pulled Pork thawed
- 2 tablespoons water
- Prepared coleslaw
- 18 pretzel slider buns
- 18 pickle slices
Coleslaw
- 1 1/2 cups shredded green cabbage
- 1 1/2 cups shredded red cabbage
- 1/2 cup shredded carrots
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/8 teaspoon celery seed
Instructions
Coleslaw
- Combine mayonnaise, sugar, cider vinegar, lemon juice, black pepper, sea salt, dry mustard, and celery seed in a medium bowl and mix well.
- Just before assembly, add cabbages and carrots to dressing and mix well.
Smoked Pulled Pork
- Remove thawed pulled pork from packaging and place in large skillet over medium heat with 2 tablespoons of water.
- Cover and cook for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally until pork is warmed through and reaches 145 degrees Fahrenheit.

- Add 1/4 cup of pulled pork to the bottom bun, then top with 1/4 cup of coleslaw.
