Ingredients

Smoked Pulled Pork and Coleslaw Sliders

Coleslaw

  • 1 1/2 cups shredded green cabbage
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded red cabbage
  • 1/2 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1/8 teaspoon celery seed

Instructions

Coleslaw

  • Combine mayonnaise, sugar, cider vinegar, lemon juice, black pepper, sea salt, dry mustard, and celery seed in a medium bowl and mix well.
  • Just before assembly, add cabbages and carrots to dressing and mix well.

Smoked Pulled Pork

  • Remove thawed pulled pork from packaging and place in large skillet over medium heat with 2 tablespoons of water.
  • Cover and cook for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally until pork is warmed through and reaches 145 degrees Fahrenheit.

Smoked Pulled Pork and Coleslaw Sliders Assembly

  • Add 1/4 cup of pulled pork to the bottom bun, then top with 1/4 cup of coleslaw.
  • Add top bun and garnish with one pickle slice, then stick a bamboo pick through the middle to hold everything together.
