Smoked Pulled Pork and Coleslaw Sliders
Coleslaw
- 1 1/2 cups shredded green cabbage
- 1 1/2 cups shredded red cabbage
- 1/2 cup shredded carrots
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/8 teaspoon celery seed
Coleslaw
Combine mayonnaise, sugar, cider vinegar, lemon juice, black pepper, sea salt, dry mustard, and celery seed in a medium bowl and mix well.
Just before assembly, add cabbages and carrots to dressing and mix well.
Smoked Pulled Pork
Remove thawed pulled pork from packaging and place in large skillet over medium heat with 2 tablespoons of water.
Cover and cook for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally until pork is warmed through and reaches 145 degrees Fahrenheit.
Smoked Pulled Pork and Coleslaw Sliders Assembly
Add 1/4 cup of pulled pork to the bottom bun, then top with 1/4 cup of coleslaw.
Add top bun and garnish with one pickle slice, then stick a bamboo pick through the middle to hold everything together.
