  • 8 5 oz. Omaha Steaks Air-Chilled Boneless Chicken Breasts
  • 1 1/2 cups barbeque sauce
  • 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons fresh minced garlic
  • 2 tablespoons canned chipotle in adobo sauce, puréed
  • 2 teaspoons black pepper
  • 2 teaspoons kosher salt


  • To make marinade, combine barbeque sauce, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, honey, garlic, puréed chipotle in adobo sauce, black pepper, and kosher salt in a medium bowl and mix until well incorporated.
  • Reserve half a cup of marinade; place thawed chicken breasts in large Ziploc bag and add remainder of marinade.
  • Marinate chicken in refrigerator for 8-12 hours.
  • Remove chicken from marinade bag, set remainder of marinade aside, and grill chicken for 3 to 4 minutes on each side, until temperature reaches 165 degrees Fahrenheit as per a meat thermometer
  • Brush cooked chicken with remaining marinade before serving.
