How to apply a background on Zoom:
- Select any of the images, right click, and save to your desktop computer.
- Log into your Zoom account on your desktop.
- In the upper right corner, click the settings icon.
- Select the video tab and “choose virtual background”. Upload the saved image from your computer and apply.

How to apply a background on Teams:
- Select any of the images, right click, and save to your desktop computer.
- During a meeting, go to your meeting controls and click the 3 little dots for more actions and then select apply background effects.
- Use the plus sign to add new image and upload the saved image from your computer.
- Preview or apply and turn on video.
