Cream Cheese Crab Bruschetta

Crab and cream cheese are a match made in heaven… and this party-ready recipe will have all your guests agreeing with that statement. World Port Seafood King Crab Legs come pre-cooked and pre-split, so there’s no intimidating cracking or cooking that you need to do. All you have to do is thaw, butter them up, and then broil until they’re warm. It takes less than 30 minutes to put this crab bruschetta appetizer together, but people will be talking about it for months to come.



Cream Cheese Crab Bruschetta

  • 1-2 lb. pkg. World Port Seafood Alaskan King Crab Legs
  • 8 Tbsp. butter melted
  • 1 garlic clove minced
  • 2 baguettes
  • 4 oz. cream cheese room temperature
  • 2 Tbsp. sour cream
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 5 green onions chopped


  1. Mix together the melted butter and garlic.

  2. Slice the baguettes into 12-16, 1-inch pieces.

  3. Brush the baguette slices with the butter mixture.

  4. Broil for 4 minutes or until golden brown.

  5. Remove and set aside.

  6. Place crab legs, cut side up, on a foiled baking sheet.

  7. Brush with the butter mixture.

  8. Broil for about 5-6 minutes until heated through.

  9. Set aside.

  10. In a small bowl mix together the cream cheese, sour cream, salt and pepper.

  11. Spread cream cheese mixture evenly on the baguette slices.

  12. Remove the crab from the shells, cut into 1 inch pieces, and place on top of the baguette slices.

  13. Garnish with chopped green onions.
