As simple to whip up as it is to enjoy, take a juicy burger that’s been generously seasoned, place it on a perfectly toasted onion poppyseed bun topped with smokey mustard and your choice of tangy ketchup or barbeque sauce, then add crunchy lettuce, slices of sweet tomato and peppery red onion, and a dollop of acidic relish and bite into pure burger perfection.

Ingredients

  • 1 6 oz. Omaha Steaks Burger thawed
  • Omaha Steaks Seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon barbeque sauce or ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon smokey mustard
  • 2 tablespoons sweet and tangy vegetable relish
  • 1 lettuce leaf
  • 1 beefsteak tomato slice
  • 1 red onion slice
  • 1 onion poppyseed bun

Instructions

  • Season thawed burger with Omaha Steaks Seasoning.
  • Grill, air-fry, pan-fry, or broil burger using our helpful “How to Cook a Burger 4 Ways” guide until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees Fahrenheit, as per a meat thermometer, being careful not to overcook.
  • Slice bun in half and toast face-down on grill or broiler; toast to preference.
  • Spread barbeque sauce or ketchup and smokey mustard on toasted bun.
  • Place burger on bottom bun, then top with lettuce, tomato, red onion, relish, and other half of bun.
