Omaha Steaks Seafood Cooking Chart
For best results, thaw in the refrigerator before cooking (remove from plastic packaging). Cover seafood and refrigerate below 38°F. Once thawed, cook and consume within one to two days. Cooking times below are in minutes and based on fully thawed seafood. All times are approximate - cook fish or shellfish until opaque and internal temp. has reached 145°F.
Broil or Grill: Preheat broiler/grill. Brush the fish with melted butter/oil; season as desired.
Pan Saute: Preheat 1 tsp. of cooking oil per portion over high heat. Season as desired.
Carefully place fish in pan; refer to cooking times below as reference.
Bake: Preheat oven to 400°F. Brush the fish with melted butter/oil, season as desired.
Place fish on baking sheet. Refer to cooking times below.
