Every turkey is prepared with a brown sugar cure before smoking to compliment the light, sweet smoke flavor and keep the bird juicy and tender. Next, the turkey is slow smoked in small batches for up to 14 hours by expert pitmasters with well over 100 years of combined experience. The entire bird is delivered frozen from America's Original Butcher, ready to thaw in your refrigerator before the big day. You'll love the simple, easy-to-follow instructions and guaranteed tasty results. Place turkey in a foil pan. Thaw in refrigerator for 48 hours. Appliances vary, adjust cook times accordingly.

Turkey is fully cooked and may be eaten once thawed.
Warming Instructions: Preheat oven to 325°F. Remove turkey from packaging and place in a large roasting pan breast side up. Cover with parchment paper and foil. Place in oven for 2 hours or until turkey registers 145°F in thickest part of the thigh. If desired, remove foil and broil until skin is browned and crisping. Remove from oven, allow turkey to rest 15 minutes, carve and serve.
