Keep frozen. Appliances vary, adjust cook time accordingly.
Microwave (1100 WATT): Thaw in refrigerator. Do not puncture film. Heat on high for approximately 3 1/2 minutes. Film will expand and form a bubble during heating and then self-vent at the end of microwaving.
Stove-top: Thaw in refrigerator. Open tray and place meat into a small saucepan. Add 1/4 cup of water. Place on stove top & heat slowly, stirring over medium heat approximately 10 minutes or until product is heated through.
