Overview

Simply slip this ready-to-bake Corned Beef Brisket in your oven, no need to remove it from its convenient Rapid Roast package. In less than 3 hours you have a perfectly cooked, tender and incredibly moist Corned Beef brisket. Cured in traditional corning spices, this tender brisket is bursting with flavor. Serves 4-6. Also works great in the crock pot.

Preparation

Do not thaw. Do not remove plastic film.
Slow Cook:
Slow Cooker: With plastic film intact, place frozen corned beef, flat side up in slow Cooker. Cook on low for 8-10 hours. (Ovenable film will self-vent during cooking.) Remove from slow Cooker and allow to rest for 10 minutes before removing from film. Carefully cut ovenable film open with scissors. Remove Corned Beef from film, scrape spices from brisket, slice across grain and serve with drippings from bag.
Oven: Preheat oven to 250°F. Line raised-edge baking sheet with foil. With plastic film intact, place frozen corned beef flat side up on baking sheet. Do not puncture film. Place in oven on middle rack and cook for 7-8 hours. (Ovenable film will self-vent during roasting). Remove from oven and allow to rest 10 minutes before removing from film. Carefully cut ovenable film open with scissors. Remove corned beef from film, scrape spices from brisket, slice across grain and serve with drippings from bag.
From Thawed:.
