Thaw in refrigerator. Appliances vary, adjust cook times accordingly. FOR FOOD SAFETY AND QUALITY, FOLLOW THESE COOKING INSTRUCTIONS, COOK THOROUGHLY TO A MINIMUM INTERNAL TEMPERATURE OF 145°F AS INDICATED BY A FOOD THERMOMETER.
GRILL: Clean, oil grates and preheat grill to medium-high. Remove pork chops from packaging. Pat dry and season as desired. Cook over medium heat for approximately 6-7 minutes per side or until internal temperature reaches 145°F. Remove from grill, let rest 5 minutes and serve.
BROIL: Preheat broiler to high. Remove pork chops from packaging. Pat dry and season as desired. Place on foil-lined broiler pan 3-4 inches from heat source. Broil 4-5 minutes per side or until internal temperature reaches 145°F. Remove from oven, place on platter, let rest 5 minutes and serve.
PAN SAUTÉ: Preheat 1 Tbsp. of cooking oil in saute pan over medium heat for 2-3 minutes. Remove pork chops from packaging. Pat dry, season as desired. Place pork chops in hot pan. Cook for 6-7 minutes per side or until internal temperature reaches 145°F. Remove from pan, place on platter, let rest 5 minutes and serve.
SEAR ROAST: Preheat oven to 300°F. Preheat 1-2 Tbsp. of cooking oil in pan over medium heat for 2-3 minutes. Remove pork chops from packaging. Pat dry and season as desired. Place pork chops in hot pan. Cook for 2-3 minutes on the first side. Flip pork chops and place pan in heated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 145°F. Remove from pan, place platter, let rest 5 minutes and serve.
