Omaha Steaks Original Marinated Pork Ribs are the meatiest back ribs that we have ever found. Our master butchers trim and portion these premium pork ribs into 1 lb. half racks so there is more meat than spare ribs… no wimpy ribs or shiners allowed.

Perfectly marinated with a signature blend of salt, sugar, garlic, and onion… they explode with big, bold flavor after they're cooked on the grill or in the oven. Packaged for convenient preparation and cooking, they are great on their own or with your favorite barbeque sauce.

From Thawed
Oven: Thaw in refrigerator or quick thaw by placing ribs in cold water, in the vacuum package, for approximately 30 minutes. Preheat oven to 375° F. Remove ribs from packaging. Place ribs on a baking sheet. Cook ribs for 1 hour and 30 minutes to 1 hour and 45 minutes. Serve with your favorite sauce.
Grill / Oven: Thaw in refrigerator or quick thaw by placing ribs in cold water, in the vacuum package, for approximately 30 minutes. Preheat a charcoal grill or gas grill on high. Preheat oven to 375° F. Remove ribs from packaging and grill covered about 4-5 minutes on each side or until the ribs are seared. Place ribs on a baking sheet. Cook ribs for 1 hour and 30 minutes. Serve with your favorite sauce.
