When thawing, remove from plastic packaging. Cover and refrigerate below 38°F. Once thawed, consume within one to two days.
Oven: Preheat oven to 400°F. Remove fillets from packaging. Place fillets on foil lined baking sheet. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 145°F.
Grill: Preheat grill to medium (350-400°F). Clean and oil grill grates. Grill fillets 4-5 minutes per side or until internal temperature reaches 145°F.
Microwave (1100 Watt): Remove fillets from packaging. Place fillets in a microwave safe dish. Cover with plastic wrap, venting one corner. Microwave on high for 3 to 4 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 145°F. Turn fillets over halfway through cooking. Let rest 1-2 minutes before removing from the microwave and serving.
AIR FRYER (1500 WATT): Preheat air fryer to 350-°F. Lightly spray basket with nonstick cooking spray. Remove salmon from packaging and place desired number of servings in air fryer, leaving 1/2" between pieces. Cook for 10-12 minutes or until temperature reaches 145°F.
