Keep frozen. Stove re-heating - bring water to a simmer (195°F-200°F). Place the pouch in water and keep there for 40-50 min. Check that the internal temp of the product is at least 150°F. Let rest for 5 min. Times may vary so check the internal temperature. Open carefully and pour the contents onto a large plate. Crystallization may occur in the package and will not impact final cooked product.
