THAW IN REFRIGERATOR. APPLIANCES VARY, ADJUST COOK TIMES ACCORDINGLY.

GRILL: Season ribs as desired. Preheat grill to high (450-500°F). Clean and season grill grates. Place ribs on grill, turning frequently, for 6-8 minutes or until ribs are browned and starting to char. Remove from grill, let rest 5 minutes, cut between bones and serve.

OVEN: Season ribs as desired. Preheat broiler to high. Place ribs on broiler pan in oven on rack 3-4" from heating element. Broil for 3-4 minutes per side or until ribs are browned and starting to char. Remove from oven, let rest 5 minutes, cut between bones, and serve.
