Preparation

For best results cook product From Thawed.

For a quick defrost, place soft shell crabs on a microwave safe plate and microwave for 1 minute on high.

From Thawed

Oven: Pre-heat oven to 400°F. Place desired amount of soft shell crabs on a lightly oiled, foiled lined baking sheet. Bake for 14 minutes, flipping the crabs after 7 minutes.

Stovetop: Pre-heat nonstick skillet to medium high. Add 3T oil and heat until oil starts to shimmer. Using tongs place soft shell crab in pan top side down away from you, being careful as the oil may splatter. Fry soft shell crab for 3 minutes on the first side, flip over and fry another 2 minutes, until golden brown and crispy.

From Frozen

 

Oven: Preheat oven to 400°F. Place desired amount of soft shell crabs on a lightly oiled, foil lined baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes, flipping the crabs after 10 minutes.

Stovetop: Pre-heat a non-stick skillet to medium high. Add 3T of oil and heat until oil starts to shimmer. Using tongs place softshell crab in pan top side down away from you, being careful as the oil may splatter. Fry soft shell crab 4 minutes on the first side, flip over and fry another 3 minutes, until golden brown and crispy.
