Craving ham but don't want to do all the work? Our Bone-In Ham Steaks are an excellent choice. We use the same ham as our customer-favorite Spiral Sliced Ham. Each ham is hand-trimmed and cured in brown sugar before being smoked for 13 hours over hickory wood for the perfect smoky and sweet combination.
Our master butchers then cut 3/4-inch-thick slices from the center for a delicious center-cut, bone-in ham with natural juices for a smoky and sweet ham steak. Fully cooked and ready to go, complete your meal with Individual Scalloped Potatoes or any other Omaha Steaks side dish.
STOVETOP: Thaw in refrigerator. Preheat a large skillet to medium high. Add 1 tbsp. olive oil and ham steak to skillet. Cook for 3-4 minutes per side or until ham steak is warmed through.
GRILL: Thaw in refrigerator. Preheat grill to medium high (375-450°F). Clean and lightly oil grill grates. Place ham steak on grill. Grill for 3-4 minutes per side or until ham steak is warmed through.
