What should you expect from a prime rib?
Prime Rib, also known as “Standing Rib Roast,” is a whole ribeye roast known for its rich buttery flavor and tender texture. There is generous marbling that gives the roast a juicy and rich flavor. A prime rib roast can be bone-in or boneless. Our prime rib roasts are aged 28+ days for maximum tenderness and hand-carved by master butchers.
