STOVETOP: Thaw under refrigeration. Preheat oven to 375°F. Remove venison steak from package and pat dry. Season with salt and pepper. Preheat 3 tsp. olive oil in a non-stick sauté pan over medium heat. Place steaks in pan and cook for 2 minutes on each side. Transfer venison to an oven proof safe baking sheet. Place in oven on center rack and cook until desired temperature is reached. Venison is best served medium rare to medium which is 130°F-135°F as indicated by a food thermometer.
GRILL: Thaw under refrigeration. Preheat the grill to medium to high heat. Remove steaks from package and pat dry. Brush venison lightly with olive oil. Season with salt and pepper. Grill for 5-6 minutes on each side or until desired temperature is reached. Venison is best served medium rare to medium which is 130°F-135°F as indicated by a food thermometer.
