They're smoked with both hickory wood chips and logs over an open flame to double-smoke the meat. Thaw in refrigerator 24 hours. Appliances vary, adjust times accordingly.
FROM THAWED: Preheat oven to 325°F. Remove product from pouch, place thawed product in an oven safe baking dish. Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes. Remove foil and bake for 12 minutes. If desired, broil for 3 minutes to caramelize sauce and brown meat.
