Why did you get rid of the styrofoam coolers?
We understand this is a big change for many of our long-term customers, that’s why we spent years perfecting our new coolers before we began shipping them. As part of our commitment to sustainable practices that will benefit all of us and future generations, we knew the time had come to deliver the world’s best steaks in 100% recyclable coolers that also reduced trips to the landfill and truck emissions.
Are you going to raise prices to pay for these new Perfectly Cold™ containers?

How is this supposed to keep my food as cold as the old ones?
These Perfectly Cold™ containers are lined with highly reflective micro-coating that retains cold temperatures to ensure your food is delivered at the perfect temperature for both safety and quality. They will also include a recycled fiber-insulated insert that absorbs moisture and provides increased cushioning for deliveries during hotter seasons or to warmer climates.
Did you just throw away all of the unused styrofoam coolers?
To reduce as much unnecessary waste as possible, we continued delivering the remainder of our original coolers before transitioning to our new, 100% recyclable ones.
