Gobble, gobble is all you'll hear when this unique new bacon hits the table. It's not a substitute for pork - this turkey bacon is entirely its own! Premium turkey is chopped and formed into hearty strips of bacon and then wood smoked and cured the traditional way - the taste and texture is something new for all your favorite bacon recipes. Try it with eggs, on a BLT, on a burger or on its own.



Thaw in Refrigerator.
Pan-Fry: Arrange bacon in a single layer in a cold pan. Fry over Medium heat turning occasionally for 5-6 minutes or until bacon is browned evenly. Drain on clean paper towels before serving.
Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F. Place thawed bacon in single layer on a foil lined pan. Cook for 18-20 minutes. Flip over bacon once after 10 minutes of cooking. Drain on clean paper towels before serving.
Microwave: On a microwave safe plate, place the 4 slices of bacon on a paper towel and cover with a second paper towel. Microwave on high for 2 minutes and 30 seconds.
