These beautiful, premium-grade Steelhead Trout are trimmed by hand to deliver the perfect boneless fillets. They're then flash frozen to preserve the flavor, texture, and quality of the fish.

Thaw in refrigerator. When thawing, remove from plastic packaging. Cover and refrigerate below 38°F. Once thawed, consume within one to two days.

Appliances vary, adjust times accordingly. Cook to a minimum internal temperature of 145°F.
FROM THAWED:
BAKE: Preheat oven to 400°F. Pat filets dry and season liberally. Place desired number of filets, skin side down, on a foil lined and lightly greased baking tray. Place in oven on center rack for 10 minutes, or until fish is opaque and flakes easily.
BROIL: Move top oven rack to 2-3 inches from broiler element. Preheat oven broiler to high. Pat filets dry and season liberally. Place filets skin side down on a foil lined and lightly greased baking sheet. Place in oven on top rack. Broil for 3-5 minutes, or until fish is opaque and flakes easily.
SAUTÉ: Pat filets dry and season generously. Preheat a large nonstick skillet to medium high. Place 2 T. oil or butter in skillet and filets, skin side down. Cook for 3-4 per side or until fish is opaque and flakes easily.
GRILL: Preheat grill to medium. Clean and brush grill grates with oil. Season filet and place on grill, skin side down. Grill for 3-4 minutes or until skin releases easily from grill. Flip and grill another 3-4 minutes, or until fish is opaque and flakes easily.
