Our tried-and-true recipe uses organic ground raw sunflower seeds as the protein base, and organic brown rice, carrots and garden herbs for flavor and texture. It's packed full of protein, fiber, healthy unsaturated fats, minerals and vitamins. It's soy-free, gluten-free and vegan, too. The Garden Sun Veggie Burger is precooked and great on the grill, sautéed in a skillet or even microwaved. Trust us, not all veggie burgers are the same - one bite of ours, and you'll never go back.



Do Not Thaw!
GRILL: Preheat grill on high. Remove frozen burgers from packaging and grill for 6-8 minutes on each side, taking care not to burn.
STOVE TOP: Remove frozen burgers from packaging and place in a covered non stick pan over medium heat. Heat for 8-10 minutes on each side.
OVEN: Preheat oven to 400°F. Remove frozen burgers from packaging and place on a baking sheet. Heat for 18-22 minutes.
MICROWAVE: Remove frozen burgers from packaging and place on a microwave safe dish. Heat on high for 3 to 3 ½ minutes.
