This unique steak is cut from the pork shoulder and is sometimes referred to as a pork blade steak.

Our master butchers meticulously cut each steak to ensure even cooking and a perfect texture. Because these steaks come from the pork shoulder area, they're well marbled and exceptionally tender. The marbling melts during the cooking process and infuses the meat with a rich, juicy flavor that will rival your favorite steak!

Bone-In Pork Steaks lend themselves very well to pan frying or grilling. You can even smoke them to add another wonderful layer of flavor to this already mouthwatering and totally delicious steak experience.

Thaw in refrigerator. Appliances vary, adjust times accordingly.
FOR FOOD SAFETY AND QUALITY, FOLLOW THESE COOKING INSTRUCTIONS. COOK THOROUGHLY TO A MINIMUM INTERNAL TEMPERATURE OF 165°F AS INDICATED BY A FOOD THERMOMETER.
STOVE TOP: Remove pork steaks from packaging. Pat dry with paper towels and season as desired. Preheat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add 1 T. oil and pork steak to pan. Sear 3-4 minutes per side or until pork steaks reach 140°F. Remove from pan, let rest 5 minutes and serve.
GRILL: Preheat grill to medium-high. Remove pork steaks from packaging. Pat dry with paper towels and season as desired. Clean and lightly oil grates. Grill 3-4 minutes per side or until pork steaks reach 140°F. If desired, finish pork steaks with your favorite barbeque sauce. Brush sauce on each side and grill until sauce begins to caramelize and char. Remove from heat, let rest 5 minutes and serve.
