The cooking times below are in minutes and based on using fully thawed products. All Times are approximate. Cook until fish is opaque throughout without over cooking.

GRILL: Preheat the grill to medium heat. Brush Barramundi lightly with olive oil. Season as desired. Wrap Barramundi fillets in foil. Grill for 4-5 minutes on the first side. Flip, then continue to grill for an additional 4-5 minutes on the second side. PAN SAUTÉ: Preheat 3 tsp olive oil in a non-stick sauté pan over medium heat. Season as desired. Place in pan and cook for 4-5 minutes, flip Barramundi and continue to cook for 4-5 minutes. BROIL: Preheat the broiler high heat. Add the Barramundi to a lightly oiled lined baking sheet. Brush lightly with olive oil. Season as desired.
