In French Cajun tradition, Andouille (pronounced an-DOO-ee) Sausage is made with smoked pork and a spicy seasoning blend. Its distinctly bold flavor, bright orange color (thanks, paprika) and snappy natural casing make it a unique addition to the grill at any summer barbeque or a key ingredient in your jambalaya. Ours is precooked, requiring only a bit of time on the grill or broiler to achieve savory perfection.



From Thawed:
Grill: Preheat grill to high or prepare coals. Remove sausages from packaging. Grill thawed sausages for 5-6 minutes constantly rotating sausages.
Broiler: Preheat broiler. Remove sausages from packaging and place on broiler pan. Broil for 6-7 minutes turning once at 4 minutes.
Microwave: Cut slit in the top of the packaging of sausages. Place in microwave and heat on high for 3 - 3-1/3 minutes for 4 sausages. Let rest 1-2 minutes. Remove from packaging and serve.
Air Fryer (1500 WATT): Preheat air fryer to 400°F. Place desired number of servings in air fryer leaving 1/2 inch between pieces. Cook for 5-6 minutes. Remove from air fryer and serve.
