As the spread of Coronavirus disrupts and changes our everyday lives, the Omaha Steaks family is committed to doing everything we can to support our community and our customers. We are prioritizing the health and safety of our team members, and ultimately you and all of our Omaha Steaks family… and making sure that we are getting through this together.

Here is what we are doing:

Delivering food safely.
As experts in frozen food delivery, Omaha Steaks can help families stock up and eat well during extended stays at home. Flash-frozen steaks and well-packaged frozen foods offer quality for months. We have intensified health and safety precautions at all of our facilities, and will continue to operate. Throughout this event, your 100% satisfaction is always guaranteed.

Our entire team is working around the clock to provide you the best possible service. If you are placing an Omaha Steaks order, your estimated delivery date will be provided at checkout. We continue to offer a variety of delivery choices to meet your needs and all of our retail stores are open to serve you.

Shipping pre-packed coolers.
A selection of pre-packed Stock-Up Boxes are ready to ship to get you what you need as fast as possible. These include signature steaks you love, gourmet staples for your recipes, easy meals, and even desserts to make long stretches a little sweeter. We also continue to offer a full variety of gourmet selections to make your at-home dining easy, fun and special.

Safety at our production and distribution facilities.

We are not allowing any visitors at any of our facilities. All employees have their temperature taken with a touchless infrared thermometer when they report for work prior to entering the facility and we are checking for any additional symptoms such as a cough, shortness of breath or a sore throat. Any employee with a fever or any of these symptoms is sent home. We are telling employees to stay home if they are sick with pay, and asking them to self-isolate with pay if they may have been in contact with someone who was sick or may have been exposed. To further increase social distancing, we have set up covered break areas outside of our facilities and installed additional dividers between work areas. We have also increased sanitizing and cleaning procedures for all common areas throughout our day and night shifts. All of our plant and distribution employees have been issued facemasks and wearing a mask is mandatory.

Call-Ahead Ordering at our retail stores.
Omaha Steaks retail store locations are remaining open. We know you rely on us for your favorite steaks and gourmet food, and it is our pleasure to keep your family well stocked during uncertain times. We are minimizing person-to-person contact by offering Call-Ahead Ordering. Here is how to do it:
1. Call your local store with your order
2. Pay over the phone with a credit card
3. Your order will be ready when you arrive.

Heeding local recommendations and store hours
In all instances where local governments or regulations require that Omaha Steaks stores close or limit hours, we will follow. To allow for our employees to continue to service our communities, we will be closing all locations at 6 p.m. every day. Please call your local store with any questions about hours.
