Only the ultimate in premium beef and veal are designated Omaha Steaks Private Reserve. Selections available in the Private Reserve line include steaks, beef roast and ribs, veal and lamb, all hand-selected for quality, color and marbling. All Private Reserve offerings are aged for a minimum of 30 days for maximum tenderness, hand-trimmed to exacting specifications and inspected for perfection by Omaha Steaks expert butchers.
