When selecting a roast, it is important to keep a few factors in mind to ensure you get the best experience.

Best Methods For Cooking A Roast
It all depends on the kind of roast. A roast is excellent grilled, oven-roasted, sous vide, or smoked. We recommend cooking a chateaubriand to medium-rare and prime rib to medium or medium-rare, while our fully cooked roasts are best heated in the oven.
