Do not thaw.
For safety, must be cooked to an internal temperature of 165°F, as measured by use of a thermometer.
Preheat oven to 400°F. Remove steaks from packaging and place on a foil lined baking sheet. Bake for 12 minutes. Flip over steaks and bake an additional 10-12 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
